What are my shipping options?
We ship all of our pour merchandise via FedEx.® Choose from FedEx Ground,® FedEx 2Day,® or FedEx Standard Overnight.®

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 3 p.m. (Central time) for stock (non-customized) items typically ship the same business day. Orders that require customization typically ship within 7 to 10 days.

How do I know if my order has been received and shipped?
If you love getting non-spam-related e-mails like we do, then you’re going to love this. We send you not one but two e-mails to keep you in the know – one when you place your order and another when your order’s been shipped. The second e-mail will also include your FedEx tracking number.

How are your prices structured?
The more pour choices you make, the better. That’s why we offer two pricing structures: “Wholesale” for orders that total at least six pieces (can be mixed items, colors, and sizes) and “Retail” for orders of less than six pieces.

How do I pay?
Although we can convert just about any country’s currency just off the top of our head, we do not accept pesos or francs. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

May I open a credit account with you?
In order to give you more pour products and help keep costs as low as possible, we do not offer “open accounts.”

Please pay with a credit, debit, or purchasing card.

May I place an order over the phone?
As a rule, you should place your orders online. OK. We admit it. This is more of a guideline than a rule. If you prefer to chat with one of our pour professionals over the phone, you can place your order by calling 800-965-0626.

Can I get my business’ logo imprinted on your products? 
Can you? Oh, we insist! Please see our customization page in the “Categories” section of our Web site.

Do you charge sales tax?
It depends. When checking out, you’ll be asked to declare if we are shipping to a “business/tax-exempt” organization or to an “individual.” If you choose “business/tax-exempt,” you’re off the hook. If we ship to an “individual,” Tennessee sales tax will be added.
